Whole 30 Caesar Salad Dressing

I mean, who doesn’t love a good Caesar Salad!? This Whole 30 Caesar Salad Dressing is so easy to make and is a must keep in the fridge even not during a Whole 30. Creamy, thick, tangy, delicious. With no gross and unnecessary additives!

In the recipe below, you will use the immersion blender method, which I find to be the easiest. If you don’t have one, they are very inexpensive and so worth the money. Not to mention the many uses and the tiny amount of drawer space they take up.

If you don’t have time to purchase one, you can use a food processor or the ol’ whisk (labor-intensive) method.

During Whole 30, I find it very important for my brain health to get plenty of good fats. Having homemade sauces on hand ensures that I can do this quickly and cheaply. Some Whole 30 approved sauces and dressing cost more than $7! That’s insane given this Whole 30 Caesar Salad Dressing cost pennies on the dollar and takes about 5 minutes of your time.

This Whole 30 Caesar Salad Dressing is excellent on salads (obviously), but there are so many other fabulous possibilities. It is wonderful as a dipping sauce for appetizers, a marinade for grilled meats, or toss vegetables in it before roasting. Or try your hand at grilling romaine till slightly charred, then slather this dressing on! Add some shrimp, bacon, and tomatoes. Oh my, YUM!
