Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp heaping black pepper
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup extra light olive oil

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mason jar.
  2. Use the immersion blender and place over egg (settled at the bottom).
  3. Slowly blend while lifting up till oil is incorporated.
Optional:
  1. Add water to make a thinner consistency.
