Taste Buddies – Sauces, seasonings, and dressings

These sauces, seasonings, and dressings will make your dog and everyone else jealous.

David is always teasing me about how much sauce I put on everything. Confession – I use to carry around a Sriracha bottle on my key chain (yes they make those) I have a problem I know. But on Whole 30 I tend not to restrict myself on a sauce. I’m already restricting so much. So yes I’ll have that Cesar salad – yes I’ll have those buffalo wings with extra hot sauce and ranch for dipping. Yes, I love drizzling my chipotle mayo on my sweet potatoes, and no don’t ask me to pass my curry mayo.

I have a lazy Susan of only hot sauces, vinegar’s, fats, and spices. Flavor is a must in my house.

I also love spiced foods.

So I’m telling you – you need one of these if you don’t have one already. For most of my sauces, soups, and dressings I use an immersion blender. You can make homemade mayo, tangy Cesar dressing, and creamy balsamic in less than 5 mins with one of these babies!! I’ve had this immersion blender (linked below) for 4 years now. I use it ALL the time and highly recommend! Its on sale right now almost half the price of when I got it. And with the accessories its an even more versatile tool in the kitchen. David and I love use the food processor to make salsas!
