Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 tsp Curry Madras mild
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1-2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Light Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. Put everything into a glass jar or container large enough to fit your immersion blender. I like to use the pint size mason jars. Place over egg and blend. Slowly bringing your immersion blender up the jar and blending until all oil is incorporated
