Pumpkin Pie for breakfast but make it healthy
Pumpkin is….
- High in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Potassium, & Fiber
- Loaded with Antioxidants
- Boost Immunity
- Protects Eyesight
- Low Calorie
- Healthy Skin
- Benefit Heart Health
Pumpkin is incredibly easy to add to sweet and savory recipes! It is excellent in pies, but it can be added to soups or roasted on its own. Add pumpkin to your recipes for a health boost!
What toppings can you put on Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats?
Making the pumpkin pie oats, I think it’s a must to have whipped cream and crushed graham crackers. Add extra cinnamon, pecans, bacon, and/or chocolate chips.
Are overnight oats healthier?
You are more inclined to eat food already prepared for you. Breakfast is hard for people to hit their goals, as most of us are rushing out the door. These Pumpkin Pie Oats are healthier than a pumpkin pie (obvs!), but what about them makes them a healthy choice?
- Yogurt for extra healthy fats and protein
- Protein powder for extra protein
- Oats are high in fiber and protein
- Honey and cinnamon boost immunity
- Milk is high in protein and vitamins
Will Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats help you loose weight?
f you aren’t worried about carbs, oats are a fantastic way to help you reach your weight loss goals. The high protein, fiber, and good fats in this recipe will keep you full for longer than an English muffin or Starbucks sous vide eggs! Oats are suitable for your belly and help clear out your digestive tract. And making them overnight is better for you than heating them on the stovetop. The starches are broken down slower, and more nutrients are absorbed in the oats. The acid in the oats also breaks down overnight, resulting in better digestion and decreased insulin spikes.
