MMM cool weather, the smell of crisp leaves in the air, sweet and sticky treats I LOVE FALL!!! I can’t wait for the weather to start cooling off from the Georgia sun. Anyone below the GA knat line knows what I’m talking about. And a break from the mosquitos biting!! Our Falls seem to be getting shorter and shorter here, so I try to get us in the spirit as much as possible, and nothing says fall like Maple Syrup!

Maple Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, stir, and store for up to 3-5 days
- Feel free to add more or less blue cheese crumbles
- You can add salt but I chose not to since blue cheese is salty enough for me
