- 2 cups chicken cooked and pulled (see note)
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Curry Mayo or Whole 30 complaint mayo (see note)
- 1 tsp turmeric ground
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a large bowl, mix everything.
Serve on pita bread, lettuce cups, or on salad.
