Nashville Hot Cauliflower Wings

Nashville Hot Cauliflower Wings come with a punch and are packing in some flavor yall! Whole 30 & Keto friendly. Crispy, low calorie, spicy but not too spicy. Feel free to add more heat if you can hang. These are seriously so flavorful with the best texture. Mama will be proud that you’re eating your veggies!

Air Fryer or Oven?

The air fryer method might be faster, depending on how much you make and how big your air fryer is. Mine is a 6 qt and one med-large cauliflower I had to cook in two batches! But surprisingly, both have the same texture and crispiness. If using your oven, make sure to place Nashville Hot Cauliflower Wings on a baking sheet lined with a wire rack, for maximum crispiness!

Almond Flour for Gluten-Free Baking

Using almond flour, that’s well seasoned with a unique hybrid of a poultry seasoning and hot chicken seasoning. I thought, why not we aren’t basic over here at Love Your Taste Buds, so let’s get it popping!

What to serve with Cauliflower Wings and more

These are a great healthy alternative to appetizers for Super Bowl Sunday, game day, or party.

For sides, feel free to cut up a side of carrots and celery, you can never have too many veggies. Make sure to have some blue cheese and ranch for dipping.

You can also add the cauliflower to some buns for a Nashville Hot Cauliflower Sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo. Yum!

Hi Tiana! These look soo delicious! The egg wash makes it not vegan but a simple egg replacer, like Bob’s Red Mill or Follow Your Heart, would be a good substitute. Thank you for sharing!
