Perfect gut healing soup for those suffering from an ulcer, stomach virus, or any other tummy aches or issues.

Each ingredient I have explicitly chosen. These key ingredients are known for gently healing the gut, helping it fight off harmful bacteria, and staying immune.
- Turmeric is a known anti-inflammatory and helps inhibit enzymes for protection against stomach acid.
- Snap Peas are flavonoid-rich foods. Flavonoid-rich foods can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in the gut and protect against chronic gastritis and stomach cancers.
- Carrots are high in soluble fiber, which is a source of “food” for the good bacteria in your belly.
- Spinach is a good source of vitamin A, which helps support immunity in the gut lining.
- Celery is considered an anti-inflammatory food and can help reduce uncomfortable bloating and gas.
- Chicken is a good source of protein that is low in fat.
- Bone Broth enhances nutrient absorption with gelatin, boosts immunity, and heals your gut lining and reduces intestinal inflammation. Along with so many other benefits to the body. Liquid GOLD!

Homemade bone broth is always preferred but not necessary. Just make sure to buy broth with no salt or low sodium.

While making this recipe, I was battling a stomach ulcer. I was getting so sick of feeling terrible after everything I ate and was also sick of not eating anything (which is just as bad as eating a spicy tomato.) So to make this ulcer friendly, I added no salt or pepper to mine and it was still tasty considering. However, I would suggest adding a bit of salt and pepper here and there, if an ulcer is not your problem.
