Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Wings
  • 1 med-large head cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 flaxseed eggs or regular eggs if not vegan
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp paprika ground
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp thyme ground
  • 1 tsp coriander ground
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp sage ground
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Nashville Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter melted
  • 4 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp paprika ground
  • 1 tbsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Method
 

Cauliflower Wings
  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350 or Oven to 400.
  2. Whisk eggs in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients for wings. In batches, toss cauliflower in eggs, then in the flour mixture. Place on a baking sheet or plate.
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer for 15-20 minutes or in the Oven for 30 minutes.
Nashville Hot Sauce
  1. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss cauliflower wings in sauce and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
