Creamy Whipped Feta Dip
An appetizer that's creative, that everyone loves. Comes together fast and pairs with vegetables!

- 8 oz feta cheese chunk crumbled, see note*
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt full fat
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dill dried
Add feta, olive oil, and Greek yogurt to blender.
Blend till smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in seasonings, optional.
Refrigerate for an hour or overnight. When serving top with a glug of good olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Serve with flatbread, crusty bread, veggies, fruits, or grilled meats.
Across the board, I prefer buying chunked feta vs. pre crumbled because of its creamier and better texture.
If the dip is thick, add feta brine or more lemon juice. Remember, it will thicken in the fridge.
If it's too chunky, you can run through a fine-mesh sieve before adding seasoning.
