Fruit & Nut Bars
A sugar free snack sure to satisfy any adult or kid.

- 1 c dates pittted and soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
- 1/2 c raisins
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2/4 c cashews
- 1/4 c almonds slivered
- 1/4 c pecans
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- water to help process the dates
- pumpkin seeds garnish
After dates and rasins have soaked process with a little water till smooth.
Add in nuts and process till desired texture.
Form into bars in a pan lined with parchment and a little bit of oil, or into balls.
Refrigerate till bars or balls hardens about 4 hours.
Store in an airtight container.
