Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Use your hands to mix the meat until incorporated. (Don't over mix or your meatballs will be dense!)
- Scoop out of meat and form into golf ball size, placing on a parchment lined sheet tray. (You can freeze them or store covered in the fridge for a day)
- Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165.
