Golden Gut Healing Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken bone broth no salt or low sodium
  • 3 carrots peeled
  • 1 celery
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken pulled
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp tumeric
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Put broth in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. While broth is heating prep your veggies. Chop carrots and celery into 1/4 in slices. Cut snap peas in half at an angle, because we fancy.
  3. Once broth is boiling add carrots and celery, cooking for 3 minutes. Add snap peas and turmeric and bring pot down to a simmer.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Pull off heat and mix in spinach. Once wilted add chicken and serve!
