Method
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot. Make sure not to add to much water leave a fair amount of room under the MAX line.
- Lock and seal Instant Pot, then set to High Pressure or Broth for 40 minutes.
- Let release naturally.
- Once done, strain through a colander into heat proof containers.
- You can use immediately or store.
Notes
When it comes to broth you can flavor however you want. It is so versatile. Some people add peppercorns, bay leafs, or even apple cider vinegar. It really depends what you want to use it for and personal preference. This is why I left out particular seasonings. I like mine simple because I cook with it. It is up to you, but I do not salt my broth at all. Therefore, my food wont be over salted.
