Whole 30 Meatballs

Juicy meatballs made fast. Great for meal prepping and stores well in the freezer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp minced onion dried
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Use your hands to mix the meat until incorporated. (Don't over mix or your meatballs will be dense!)
  • Scoop out of meat and form into golf ball size, placing on a parchment lined sheet tray. (You can freeze them or store covered in the fridge for a day)
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165.
