overripe bananas
peeled

egg
whisked

vanilla extract

cup
seed or nut butter

cup
almond flour
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
salt

tsp
cinnamon

tbsp
cocoa powder
optional
1/2
cup
walnuts
crushed, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare muffin tins with muffin wrappers or grease with cooking spray.
In large bowl mix egg, vanilla, and seed or nut butter well. Next, mix in banana, making sure its mashed up some. Lumps are expected and totally fine.
In a separate smaller bowl mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Sprinkle and fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Next, add walnuts or any other fun flavoring add ins!
Pour 1/4 cup into each muffin cup.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, enjoy!
